TIME OUTS OVER
Hi there how did you get on, was the “Time Out” long enough?
NO!
That’s fine just come back and review this post once you have your list.
Did you get a chance to check out “Setting Goals Successfully”?
Not yet!
That’s fine to, it is so important to get your GOALS correct so take your time but I advice you to have a look as soon as you can, you will be impressed.
Time to get back on track!
LET’S GET SERIOUS!
Now that you have your list, break it down into categories listed in the last post.
CREATE AN OBJECTIVE!
To determine how much you want these goals, write a short sentence to justify why you want each one.
If you struggle with this then you really need to look closer at that goal, remember be flexible and either adjust it or eliminate it.
I’M EXCITED!
Look fantastic now! Well the next step is to give them a time factor, daily, weekly, monthly, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and 10 years.
Remain flexible you can always change the date.
This then becomes an objective!
ACT NOW!
You must plan!
Develop a “PLAN OF ACTION”.
Both Short-term and Long-term goals need you to start planning now, break them down into achievable steps.
REMEMBER:
The only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time.
PLANNING 4 PROSPERITY
- Read you goals three times daily. (1st thing in the morning, lunchtime and last thing at night.)
- Think of them often. (Place images where you will see them all the time)
- Review your weekly “PLAN OF ACTION”. (Persistence overcomes resistance)
- Stay “POSITIVE” by reading and listening to positive material. (The secret to your future success is hidden in your daily routine)
- Believe that you have already achieved it. (Action – Focus – Belief)
- Review goals fortnightly. (Be flexible, refocus improve and continually believe)
- I f you have had success in the past use it to motivate yourself. (Experience breeds success)
- Have faith – Faith removes limitation
REMEMBER:
Your worst enemies or dream busters when it comes to goal setting and objectives are most likely to be your family or you’re so called best friends.
Only share your goals with people who will support you or happen to possibly be part of your goal (e.g. couples, husband and wife or business partners etc.) as they can affect the outcome both positively and negatively.
GOAL SETTERS ARE WINNERS!
It has been proved time and again that those who actually write down their GOALS and OBJECTIVES then READ them at least THRICE daily create the SUCCESS they DESIRE.
SUCCESS TO YOU
Have a fantastic Goal Setting Smart day and come back soon… Papy Paul
